Fitts & Company is an outdoor services company that offers outdoor cleaning, painting, and awning fabrication. The owner, Walter Fitts, has been working for the area since 2009, and has expanded into all areas of outdoor servicing.

After growing up with a mother who worked in outdoor cleaning services, Walter began working for himself in college as a source of income during Engineering School at TTU. However, he began to realize that his passion was in serving others and connecting with people, and he loved the idea of building something from the ground up. This motivated him to begin working his business full time, and from then on it has turned into what it is today. His current team consists of six other members, including Nick and Michael Hankins, Donnie Eli, Lee Sanders, Fabian Torres, and Johnny Fitts III. Walter and his team serve areas across the Upper Cumberland, most frequently in Livingston, Cookeville, and Sparta.

Fitts & Company encompasses all of the company's services, including Awnings Unlimited, the awning fabrication business, and Fitts Outdoor Cleaning. Awnings Unlimited does custom awning fabrication, specializing in canvas, vinyl, and metal awnings with welded aluminum frames built to specific size, shape, and style. Fitts Outdoor Cleaning offers pressure washing for concrete and driveways as well as soft washing for roofs and house siding. And while Spring is their busiest season, Fitts and Company works year-round and has been employed by multiple businesses on the Square alone. Walter and his team are passionate about their work, and are insistent on showing that there is someone in the service industry that cares about and is devoted to their customers.
